Women’s BJJ
Our Women’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program is a supportive and empowering environment where women of all skill levels come together to learn techniques for not only sport BJJ, but valuable self-defense skills.
The program, suitable for students ages 10+, focuses on building confidence through effective grappling and submission techniques, emphasizing leverage, timing, and strategy over strength. Students will learn essential movements such as escapes, sweeps, submissions, and positional control, with an emphasis not only in Sport BJJ, but on practical application for real-world situations.
Our program is lead by our female Black Belt instructors, who create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging atmosphere, ensuring that women feel comfortable progressing at their own pace.
