CHANGING MEMBERSHIP STATUS
To reactivate, freeze, or terminate your account, please complete the below Membership Change Request form.
Current members may freeze their account for up to 3 consecutive calendar months and take advantage of their current rate upon reactivating with no registration fee.
By terminate your account (or freezing for more than 3 consecutive months) and rejoining at a later date, you will be subject to the current registration fee, and the current monthly tuition rate.
Membership change requests MUST be completed 10 business days prior to your draft date. Failure to do so within this time frame may subject your account to incur the following monthly draft.
**Change of billing information may be completed in your account under the finance vault. Please do not complete the below form to update card information.
